Windie Her and Pa-Chia Yang serve on the Hmong District’s Alliance Women’s Leadership Team. Windie is the secretary and Pa-Chia is the Communications Coordinator; both are valued members. Together, they look forward to meeting HLUB attendees this summer at Indiana State University.
